To The Field
A John Deere 9200 4WD pulls a 50' 1835 drill and 1910 air cart out to our seeding demonstration

Loading Fertilizer
The 340 bushel 1910 cart has 3 tanks. Here we load 120 bushels (7,600 lbs.) of fertilizer to go into the ground through mid-row banding

Loading Barley
The conveyor option provides exteremely fast loading time while not harming the seed when compared to traditional augers

Cart Calibration
Dallas Smith calibrates the metering systems on the air cart to ensure seed and fertilizer distribution meet the customer's requirements. Approximately 85 lbs. per acre of barley is seeded.

Metering Verification
Dallas verifies the weight of seed and fertilizer prior to starting in the field

GPS and Universal Auto
Dallas and the customer program Universal Auto steer and the GS2 display. As input costs such as fertilizer and diesel fuel climb, we want to ensure our seeding is done efficiently with minimal overlap

Pull Behind Model
The pull behind model allows us to see our tool in the ground as we seed. Pull between models prevent compaction from the air cart while making it easier to pull with a lesser HP tractor.

Air Cart
The double shoot air cart allows us to distribute our seed and fertilzer (tank 1 and 2) to the air drill through the bottom shoot, and our fertilizer in tank 3 to our mid-row banders through the top shoot.
